Victorinox Custom SAK MOD Ranger Survival Swiss Army Knife

I love the Ranger model but feel a layer smaller feels better in the pocket. I removed the scissors/hook layer as I feel the two knife blades can handle plenty of cutting tasks. I used a nice new looking knife to make this one.

I installed new camo scales. I switched out the toothpick with a fire starter. With having a knife, saw, metal saw/file, screwdrivers, chisel, openers, etc. This little package can do a ton.

Victorinox should make a slim Ranger model although it would have taken the fun out of making this unique one here. By the time I made this one I was getting better at finding the correct tightness and amount to pin the brass rivets back so it feels and operates very well.

A great toolset to have as any edc or even to keep in survival kit or bug out bag.
