Victorinox Wine Master Swiss Army Pocket Knife Olive Wood Wine Opener Corkscrew. Used this as a Wine Director for a few month before my ankle needed a second surgery and I realized that career path wasn't in the cards for me any longer.

I did a ton of research and this truly is the ultimate tool for a Sommelier or Wine Director, especially one that does inventory/ recieving and needs to cut open & break down boxes on a regular basis. The blade becomes fixed when opened and unlocks by hitting the red Swiss Army Logo button. Makes your tool at the ready and really improves the "quick draw" when opening lots of bottles quickly for guests. The holster has perfectly moulded to the knife, holds it snug but still let's you deploy it at a moments notice. Also included is the OG Victorinox carry case that I was disappointed to find didn't have a belt loop, still a nice way to daily carry this and not scratch your essentials if you don't want it on your hip.
